We include delivery & pick up of your helium balloon gas cylinder free of charge.

Balloon Event includes a regulator with every balloon gas cylinder at no additional cost -
a regulator is essential to reduce the pressure at which the gas comes out of the cylinder.

Our regulators are specifically designed for inflating balloons.

Inflating the balloons to the correct size is of vital importance this determines how many balloons you will get out of a helium cylinder.

If your balloons are under inflated, you will get more balloons out of a cylinder but they will float for less time - or not at all.

If you overinflate your balloons you will get less balloons from your cylinder and they will tend to burst easily.

If you are helium filling your Custom printed balloons you will also need Clips and Ribbons to attach to the balloon.   We can supply you with PRE TIES.   Pre ties are a clip and ribbon all in one - they come in bundles of 100 in any colour.   WITH PRE TIES YOU DON'T NEED TO TIE ANY BALLOONS IN A KNOT - the pre tie does it all for you.

STICKS & CUPS – 40 cm long white sticks & clear cups.

• You simply inflate the balloon with air, twist the neck of the balloon and then wrap the neck around the Clear cup.
  
• You then push the Stick into the bottom of the cup (assuring you give a little twist at the same time).

Advantages in using sticks & cups instead of helium

• Balloons do not fly away into the sky - They can be inflated & stored the day before - They can last for days. 
  

Disadvantages in using sticks & cups instead of helium

• The balloons don’t float so your logo is not always in the best position for the most possible exposure.
  
• They are harder to store whilst inflating them, you have to put elastic bands around bunches of every 10-15 balloons.

DO YOU NEED A MACHINE TO INFLATE THE BALLOONS WITH AIR??

 

We can hire you an AIR MACHINE, these machines are specifically designed to inflate latex balloons, using one of these machines you can inflate up to 500 balloons per hour comfortably.

These are NEW Cool air inflators, 2 fans inside the machine keep the air going into the balloon cool, so you don’t burn your fingers while blowing up a lot of balloons quickly.

These machines are only approx 1ft tall x 1ft wide and can be carried in one hand easily.

They plug into a normal 240volt power point.

Price includes freight to you and back to our office.
