| This is the first decision you will need to make and there are things to take into consideration when making it. 1. Helium balloons float , hence your printed balloon becomes a floating business card with your message for all to see, it will give you the best exposure, it will be easy to give away, people rarely say no to a free helium balloon. Helium balloons are easy to tie in bunches, they look great and attract attention. The downside is..... it’s the more expensive option as helium has become more expensive over the past 5 years. |

2. Air filled balloons is a the less expensive option but you will need sticks & cups. The Cup seals the air inside the balloon when you wrap the neck around and the stick inserts into the cup to give people something to hold onto. This also helps in assuring your message on the balloon is there for all to see. Upsides are : Less cost as the air is a lot cheaper than the helium, air filled balloons last longer than helium filled balloons, so you can inflate them a lot earlier and after they are handed out, they will last a lot longer. Downsides are : Your message is not always seen as often the

Air Filled on Sticks & Cups

| You can only hold a bunch of 15 or 20 with sticks & cups and they are more difficult to store if you need to inflate a lot in advance. |

Once you have decided AIR or HELIUM they you must decide on the best accessories to complete the job efficiently, professionally and cost effectively. If helium filling and doing it yourself, you will need HELIUM BALLOON GAS Cylinders we rent these cylinders, deliver & collect them in every State in Australia, except W.A. & TAS. You will also need clips & ribbons, we call them “PRE-TIES”, using pre ties you do not have to tie the balloons in a knot, which saves your fingers & saves time. |

If you air fill the balloons & decide to do it yourlsef, you will need a machine or similar to inflate the balloons with air,
we hire & sell electric balloon air inflators that are specifically designed to do just this, they are small, lightweight & can inflate thousands of balloons. You will also need STICKS & CUPS to put your air filled balloons on , ready for you to give them away, these are sold in 100’s or 1000’s. |
